Healing in the Light of Awakening
Greetings! My path into energy healing began in the early 1990s, when a powerful awakening rose through my body and reshaped the course of my life. It was no accident — it was the moment my soul had been preparing for. That rising current of life-force energy reorganized my awareness and opened my perception to the unseen architecture of spirit moving through all things.
In those early years, I didn’t yet know I was an empath. I simply felt everything — the grief beneath another’s smile, the dissonance in a space, the collective ache of humanity. What I once mistook for fragility I now understand as the sensitivity of an empath — the foundation through which I perceive, translate, and work with energy.
During my awakening, I could both see and experience the process unfolding within me as living imagery. Over time, this faculty of spiritual sight matured into High Sensory Perception (HSP), allowing me to navigate and communicate subtle energy with clarity and precision. My journey has been one of coming out of the spiritual closet — learning to live and work transparently, anchored in my authentic self, at ease with what I perceive, and devoted to serving the greater good.
As my process deepened, I experienced the greater Mysteries — the living presence of Christ consciousness and the many streams of divine wisdom that began revealing themselves through direct experience. I didn’t seek them; they appeared as natural extensions of awakening. Through these initiations and transfigurations, what began as a surge of raw energy became a life of communion — an ongoing dialogue between spirit and matter, heaven and earth.
I came to understand that awakening is not an escape from the human experience but its fulfillment — the embodiment of the divine within form, where love becomes tangible and real.
Over time, this realization crystallized into my purpose: to help others clear what obscures their light, navigate the intensities of kundalini, and reclaim their freedom from the forces that limit consciousness. As I have matured into my mission, I heal in Holy Spirit — the living current of divine love that restores coherence, reconciliation, and renewal in all beings.
My healing work is anchored in the Ataana Healing Method, a multidimensional system that harmonizes body, mind, and soul by engaging the intelligence of higher consciousness. Within this framework, I also work with Sacred Inner Dialogue — a process of communication through the higher self that facilitates deep release and alignment within the energetic field.
As a healer and a guide, I help clients reconnect to Source and learn to engage directly with the energies moving through their lives — to sense them, guide them, and live in balance with them. I also support my clients in recalling their power and evolving into their highest authentic creative expression. Healing, as I have come to know it, is not an intervention but a revelation — the ongoing remembrance of one’s original wholeness.
My forthcoming book, The Cosmic Heart: Solar Awakening expands upon this lifelong journey — a living record of the awakening process and the alchemy of embodiment and transfiguration that continues to unfold through us all.
