Before each session begins, there are hours of meditation and preparation. Thank you for your understanding and respect for this sacred process.
To receive the full benefit of your session and help Blue Star stay on schedule, please arrive a few minutes early for in-person appointments.

Please text if you’re running a few minutes late or experiencing traffic delays.
Arrivals more than 10 minutes past the scheduled time are treated as canceled appointments. This protects the integrity of the session and the preparation that goes into the work.
There is generally a 15-minute window between sessions to maintain balance and flow.
Email Notices and Scheduling
Every session, package, or order booked will generate an email confirmation. If you do not receive a notice, please check your spam folder. If it’s not there, contact Blue Star to verify your email address.
At the bottom of your notice, you can easily cancel or reschedule your session—this helps keep everything flowing smoothly xoxo
The scheduling software tracks when reminders are received and opened, and invoices are automatically emailed for all purchases.
If you are on a subscription-based package, you will receive a notice before your monthly payment is processed.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel or reschedule your session up to 24 hours before your scheduled time by using the link at the bottom of your confirmation email.
Appointments cannot be booked under 24 hours in advance or more than one month ahead. If you need to schedule within 24 hours, please contact Blue Star directly.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows will be charged in full.
All sales are final, and payments are non-refundable.
Rescheduling and Credits
To reschedule, please use the link provided in your original confirmation email. Kindly allow at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid charges.
All sales are final. No refunds.
If you are unable to attend a scheduled session or have unused sessions in a package or subscription, you may reschedule them (with 24 hours’ notice) or request the value as a gift certificate.
Subscriptions can be modified or canceled at any time. If you cancel or modify, the change will take effect for the next billing cycle. Remaining sessions can be booked directly with Blue Star or converted into gift certificates.
